How long am I tied in to paying monthly for a website?
All plans have an initial period of 18 months, after which you are free to cancel at any time., though most of our customers love our service and continue with their package.
Are there hidden fees or upfront costs?
We require a nominal set-up fee (Business Plan £50, Professional Plan £75, Premium Plan 3 £100), plus the first month’s payment via debit or credit card. After that, your monthly payments are collected via direct debit that covers website development, design, hosting, SSL Certificate, mailbox, domain name, and technical support.
What happens after the initial tie in period?
When you 18-month contract expires, you will be automatically transferred to a rolling 1-month contract, allowing you to leave at any time.
Do you write the content and design the logo for the website?
We can use your own content and logo, or, for a small extra fee, we can provide these services for you. Please see the logo design or content marketing page.
